2. Overview of Processing
We process in particular the following types of data: inventory data (name, address), contact data (e-mail), contract and order data, payment data, usage data (pages visited, access times) as well as meta and communication data (IP address, device information).
Data subjects are customers, interested parties and visitors of this online shop.
3. Legal Bases
We process personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent), lit. b GDPR (contract performance and pre-contractual measures), lit. c GDPR (legal obligation) and lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).
4. Transfer to a Third Country
The controller is based in Hong Kong. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission within the meaning of Art. 45 GDPR for Hong Kong.
The processing of your data in Hong Kong takes place to fulfill the purchase contract concluded with you in accordance with Art. 49 (1) lit. b GDPR. You are aware that in Hong Kong there may be no level of data protection comparable to the EU and that data subject rights may not be enforceable to the same extent.
5. Hosting and Server Log Files
This shop is technically operated on the Shoporu platform. The platform operator processes personal data on our behalf.
When you access the pages, server log files are automatically collected: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in ensuring trouble-free operation and defending against attacks. The log files are deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
6. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the shopping cart and the ordering process. These are exempt from consent according to § 25 (2) TDDDG.
We currently do not use tracking, analysis or marketing cookies. Should we use such technologies in the future, we will obtain your consent beforehand.
7. Order Processing
To process your order, we process name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address and order data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Without this data, the contract cannot be fulfilled.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via external payment service providers. These process your payment data under their own responsibility in accordance with their own data protection provisions. We ourselves do not receive complete credit card or account details.
9. Shipping, Logistics and Customs Clearance
For delivery, we transmit name and delivery address to the logistics company commissioned with shipping. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
Since shipping takes place from Hong Kong, name, address and information on the shipment contents are additionally transmitted to the responsible customs authorities. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR in conjunction with customs and import regulations.
10. Contact and Support
If you contact us by e-mail, we process your information to handle the inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for contract-related inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
11. Newsletter
When registering for the newsletter, we process your e-mail address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by message to support@findenela.com.
12. Storage Duration
We store personal data only as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes. Commercial and tax retention obligations may require longer storage; processing will be restricted for this duration.
13. Recipients and Processors
Recipients of your data are the platform operator (hosting), payment service providers, shipping and logistics companies as well as customs authorities. There is no disclosure to third parties for advertising purposes.
14. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
You can revoke granted consents at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

15. Right to Object
If your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
16. Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence.
17. No Automated Decision-Making
Automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.
18. Data Security
The transmission of your data is encrypted via TLS. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
