Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Sealed Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).

This applies in particular to underwear, swimwear, and hosiery, insofar as these are delivered sealed.

As long as the seal is intact, you can also withdraw from these items within the 14-day period. Only the removal of the seal causes your right of withdrawal to expire. We additionally point out this legal consequence on the affected items before you submit your order.

Additional Voluntary 2-Year Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and the statutory liability for defects, we voluntarily grant a 2-year money-back guarantee.

Note: This voluntary guarantee applies exclusively to products that were not reduced or discounted at the time of ordering and were purchased at the regular original price. For products purchased during sale campaigns, discount promotions, or with other price reductions, the voluntary 2-year money-back guarantee is excluded.

How to Return the Goods

Contact our support team by e-mail at support@findenela.com before each return. We will then provide you with the return address valid for your order.

Send the goods exclusively to the address specified by our support team. Shipments to other addresses cannot be assigned to your order and cannot be processed.

Please send the return exclusively with tracking, showing the sender and recipient addresses. Only in this way can we check the receipt of your return and process the refund promptly.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return Costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not offer free returns. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the return postage may amount to a significant part of the value of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Compensation for Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
