Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days

Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment via email.

Processing Time

Before your order leaves the warehouse, we prepare it for shipping within 3–5 business days. The shipping time of 3–7 business days begins from the moment of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of €1.90 per order.

For orders over €79, we offer free shipping.

Delivery Area

We deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Customs and Import Duties

Shipping is from a country outside the European Union. Upon import, customs duties, import fees, taxes, and handling charges from the carrier may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Delays

In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed, particularly due to customs clearance or events beyond our control. We will inform you promptly in such cases.

Shipment Not Arrived?

Contact us via email at support@findenela.com. We will immediately initiate a trace request. For international shipments, this can take up to 20 business days. If the loss is confirmed, we will either resend at no cost or refund the purchase price including shipping costs, as you prefer.
